PSAC calls Customs and Revenue Agency offer "peanuts"

compared to Executive salaries

OTTAWA….Members of the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) working for the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency will be bringing a message to workers at CCRA offices across the country on March 29th, comparing their salaries to those being paid to CCRA management.

"Compared to the salaries being paid to CCRA Commissioner Rob Wright, Assistant Commissioner Alain Jolicoeur, and the rest of the management team, CCRA’s "final" offer to their employees in negotiations with PSAC is peanuts," according to PSAC National Executive Vice-President Nycole Turmel.

In Ottawa, PSAC members and elected officers will be plant-gating and handing out peanuts to make their point.
