NEWS MEDIA ADVISORY PSAC to release voting results for 87,000 federal public sector workersOTTAWA - The National President of the Public Service Alliance of Canada, Nycole Turmel and National Executive Vice-President John Gordon, will hold a news conference tomorrow to release the results of the vote by 87,000 PSAC members on their tentative agreements or the employers proposed terms of settlement.
"These vote results will determine whether strike action by these workers is over and new contracts will be signed or if one or more of the four Tables will be strategizing for further action because they have rejected their offer," says Turmel.
