Further to last week's bulletin identifying the highlights of the agreement reached with Canada Post regarding the new Job Evaluation Plan, please find below, the text of the Memorandum of Understanding concerning the new Job Evaluation Plan and the Letter of Understanding concerning the new dates for the review procedure. You will also find the factor weightings, the bands and points and the new salary grid agreed to by the parties. Although the employer's announcement, last week, stated that the implementation would be within 75 days, please note that the implementation date is August 3, 2002, and that it is aIl retroactive amounts which are to be paid within 75 days.
