Regulation 15: the PSAC Collective Bargaining Process
Regulation 15 is a democratic framework that works towards ensuring that all involved in the process - from members and shop stewards in the worksite to union staff to our National President - understand their roles and responsibilities in bargaining a collective agreement.
Regulation 15 is divided into three parts:
