Government restructuring and Program review

Prime Minister Paul Martin is in the process of restructuring government departments and agencies. The PSAC is seriously concerned that the restructuring, as outlined by the government, will adversely affect service to Canadians in a great many areas. In addition, the restructuring will have a significant, long lasting and negative impact on the working lives of a great many PSAC members.
