CUPE passes emergency
resolution to support PSAC
The Canadian Union of Public Employees'
National Executive Board passed an emergency resolution today expressing
solidarity with federal public servants and the Public Service Alliance
of Canada. Canada's "civil servants" are facing an attack
on their wages and working conditions due to a federal spending
freeze by the Paul Martin government. Click

Restructuring on Collective Bargaining
A number of these changes will affect the bargaining process that
is now in the works at Treasury Board, CFIA, CCRA and Parks. The
PSAC's position is clear: we want negotiations to go ahead.
