Canada Post Equal Pay Complaint
The Federal Court- Appeal Division, has established hearing dates for the appeals against the Federal Court – Trial Division's decisions of February 2008. The Trial Division overturned the Canadian Human Right's Tribunal's 2005 decision.
The Court has scheduled the hearings for 9:30 on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 and allowed up to two days for the hearings. This means the hearings may or may not require a second day on Wednesday, November 4, 2009.
The hearings start at 9:30 am and will take place at 90 Sparks Street, 10th Floor in Ottawa.
