PSAC takes Canada Post equal pay case to the Supreme Court
The PSAC is seeking leave to appeal the recent Federal Court decision dismissing the 2005 Tribunal decision. The PSAC will be filing the necessary documents with the Supreme Court in late April.

The PSAC believes the majority decision of the Federal Court is flawed for several reasons and believes Justice Evan’s minority judgement, which would have upheld the Tribunal’s decision reflects a correct understanding of the equal pay provisions of the Canadian Human Rights Act.
