Federal court date moved to April
The Federal Court date for Canada Post to respond to PSAC's request for a “charging order” or lien against its headquarters is now April 3.
Canada Post was originally scheduled to appear on February 19. The date was changed due to scheduling conflicts with the court.
PSAC has asked the court for the charging order against CPC's headquarters in order to get the Corporation to pay the outstanding pay equity money it owes our members.
