PSAC/GNWT Equal Pay Settlement - Case Closed
The PSAC is pleased to announce that all terms and conditions of the 2002 settlement negotiated between the PSAC and the GNWT have been implemented and the entire fifty million dollars of compensation has been distributed to current or former employees of the GNWT.

The settlement agreement anticipated unclaimed funds remaining in the event otherwise eligible employees did not claim their equal pay entitlement by the December 31, 2004 deadline. This was in fact the case. »
